In accordance with the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", you have the right to return an unwanted product or exchange it for another within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

Rules for returning goods of good quality

A product of good quality is a product without defects, with intact packaging, which for certain reasons did not suit you.

According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of March 19, 1994 No. 172, food and drinks, if they are of proper quality, cannot be exchanged or returned.

Other products of good quality that are on our website, namely accessories, can be returned or replaced.

Return or exchange of goods of good quality is carried out if it has not been used and its presentation and consumer properties are preserved. If a product of good quality has been subjected to mechanical stress, no exchange or refund will be made.

Procedure for exchanging goods of good quality

The buyer has the right to issue an exchange of goods or a refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Exchange of goods of good quality is carried out within 7 days from the customer’s request if a similar replacement product is available. In the absence of a similar product for replacement, the client has the right to purchase another available product with recalculation of the cost, exchange the product for a similar one when the corresponding product first goes on sale, or get a refund.

In case of exchange of goods of proper quality, delivery is made at the expense of the recipient. In case of a refund for a product of proper quality, only the cost of the product is returned, excluding delivery.

How and when will I receive my money?

Funds when returning goods are returned according to the method of payment for the order:

  • Online payment on the website (WayForPay) - to a bank card;
  • Fund transfer to the FOP account – to a bank card;
  • Post-payment upon receipt at the branch of the transport company – to a bank card;

Product exchange or refund is carried out within 1-2 working days from the moment of receipt of the returned product.
